How does your system work?

We help you get 2-5+ off-market deals closed per month with motivated seller appointments with the recommended Facebook ad spend per month using our system.

Who is this for?

This is for Real Estate Investors looking for Off-Market Deals with a minimum of $2,000 per month budget. There are no hidden fees. This goes towards our service fee + ads. You can always spend more on ads, however, our service fee always stays the same. Let's say you want to get started... I would quote you at $2,000 minimum to get started (Service fee + ads). And let's say you want to spend an extra $500 on ads based on my projection of how many leads you'd get. Your cost would be $2,500 per month($2,000 original quote + $500 extra ad spend). You pay Facebook Directly for your ad spend, we never collect ad spend.

How much do I expect to pay to get which ROI?

In a big picture, we have two separate payments you would make, 1) monthly service fee, 2) recommended monthly Facebook ad spend.

The monthly service fee is for you to pay OmniNavi Digital Investor and the recommended monthly Facebook ad spend that we would agree is for you to pay Facebook directly.

OmniNavi Digital Investor manages the whole marketing processes (lead generation, engagement and qualification of the leads, booking appointments) to provide the offer.

Your pay and ROI (Return On Investment) would depend on your goal of deal # per month, the deal size, and how much ad spend we would agree.
